Homes on university land
Campus homes sit on land owned by the university, so plans are reviewed by the university as well as by the permitting agency. We plan the scope and schedule with both in mind from the first meeting.
Typical projects
Owners often update an older house for how they live now: a new kitchen, a primary suite, an addition, seismic and energy upgrades, or a full rebuild. Mid-century houses bring their own items, such as single-pane glass, thin roofs and older electrical service.
